  • This is the true reason for AI being shoved down our throats. All you can afford are cloud based walled garden dumb terminals. They can lock them down, they can monitor everything you do, and they can charge a subscription for access.

Oh and if they don’t like you for whatever reason then they can just cut you off from your data and the services you need to pay your bills, commute with friend and family, be entertained, everything.

    A complete and total Barf-o-rama.

  • Her botched surgeries are part of her questionable actions. She wears the skin to play the part.

In other words, if she wasnt such a ghoul (on the inside) she wouldn’t have felt the need to pursue a look so hard that she overshot the uncanny valley.

But not only did she do that, but she did it in pursuit of further enriching herself as an oligarch, to promote Trump Accounts to children.

To be clear, they’re making money off those things somehow. When the economy they made unstable finally crashes, they’re goin to walk away with billions, partially from those, and those kids will be left with nothing, same as it always was.

She got up there in that dress, with that eyeliner, and those eyebrows from the my dog has eyebrows meme and stood next to convicted rapist, pedophile kingpin, war criminal Donald Trump and proclaimed loudly and proudly that she was glad to be teamed up.

  • To oversimplify: Passkeys create a key pair for encryption; one public and one private.

You give the server your public key. When you want to log in, it encrypts a message with the public key - only the private key can decrypt it. Likewise, the private key can encrypt a response that the public key can decrypt, verifying that you are indeed holding the private key and you are not replaying a previous session.

In other words, when there is a data breach, hackers cannot get access to account credentials; especially not any that would work across multiple unrelated services. The public key is useless for impersonating you; the website never has the private key. A password is probably used on every single website a person visits. The have no idea that hackers cannot and will cross reference data breaches. They think “what are they gonna do with MY account? I don’t have anything on there!” Their perspective is limited.

Just don’t get your master password phished.

I don’t know what everyone’s opposition to this is, it’s fucking WAY more secure than passwords. Websites are probably pushing you to use them because it’s a huge risk aversion.
