you can’t really copyright UI beyond the design itself, the functionality is free game as far as I understand.
It’s not just copyright. There are also patents to worry about. Those cover a specific process, like “click here, and the code selects all regions matching the same color (±5%)”. If you make an exact copy, surely you’ve violated some patents.
Sure, patent protections don’t last as long as copyright, and they can be defeated if you prove that it’s “obvious” or can show prior art, but it’s still an expensive legal battle against a megacorp. A vibe coder will likely fold at the first cease and desist.
Bad news about your notes…
Chloridea virescens was formerly a member of the genus Heliothis, but was moved to the reinstated genus Chloridea as a result of genetic and morphological research published in 2013.
The last time I went through TSA (earlier this year), I no longer saw the signs saying you could opt-out, but I was still able to opt out.
The TSA agent got annoyed at me for not leading with that, though. Like… buddy… We exchanged greetings, and then I said no thank you to the face scan. It’s not my fault that you jumped the gun. I’m trying to not be rude about another unnecessary invasion of privacy.

Great. Now I need an English-to-English translation.
For those without context…
Ahoge (アホ毛, アホげ), literally “foolish hair,” is a visual cue common to Japanese anime and manga. Consisting of a single cute, often long, lock of hair sticking out from the top of the head, it is most often used to identify foolish, bumbling or carefree characters.
Must be all those preacher curls!
Building PCs. I used to find cheap PC parts and throw together a slowish, but functional computer for the fun of it. I built a few computers for “word of mouth” customers.
I got into other things, and lost touch with the previous clients.
I decided to get back into it a few years ago because my parents needed a new machine. I had to do quite a bit of research, and things were way more expensive than they had any right to be (this was even before the RAMpocalypse), but I got it done. It was still fun, but I realized it’s not something I want to spend a lot of time doing anymore. I still try to follow all of the tech news/tips/reviews, just in case, though.
If the flour is happy enough, it’ll knead itself. Pretty soon, it’s making biscuits!
