As in longer videos, right? Because we’ve had the shorter ones for years now, just the quality had been lacking. Didn’t matter in putting them out there. As Sagan said, not all bits have equal value.
Surprising there isn’t a larger spike in recent years, but I guess even AI slop has trouble competing with human slop.

I mean in great volume. I know AI video generation exists, but it’s not very common compared to text, images, or music.
