As backend code, yes. As a web (web, not api. As an api platform they’re great) platform… No.
Asp.net and mvc were imo a disaster, silverlight was… Oof.
Then there is maui which could have done it using blazor but just… Didnt.
… And then there is blazor itself.
Though blazor is imo the best of all the web platforms they had, and i like it, it still has very rough edges and is not gonna replace javascript any time soon.
Hell, microsoft cant even decently support their own web ui platform ( fluentui ) because their backbone ( webcomponents ) is completely broke ( or did v3 FINALLY release? ). There are other blazor frameworks but they all seem to not take full advantage of blazor and its disgusting.

Games@lemmy.world•Video Game Reverse Engineering Community Shuts Down Because AI Has Made It Too EasyEnglish
1·4 days agoIt is indeed about regular people doing decomps without having a feeling for it ( i didnt know what i was doing with wii ios/starstruck either at start ) or development in general. That and people using other people’s work for their moment of fame after ‘finishing’ it with ai.
There is also the decomp.dev being abused as a leaderboard, which makes no sense.
Its a whole shitshow…

2·5 days agoI disagree. The way it does that is inefficient and with no understanding. I recommend you read up on things, including this blogpost : https://jpeisach.github.io/blog/ai/legoisland/decompilation/porting/reverse-engineering/2026/10/16/decomps-clout-consoom.html
It has no notion of what data and code would have looked like. Yes itll work, yes the output will be byte matching but it would be unreadable and an unmaintainable mess.
Now the question is this at the start of the movie and its filled with fear ( because fucking furries ) or at the end and its filled from laughter and pleasure ( because fucking furries )
There are european countries that have made the practice illegal.
There are countries that said you should always, without extra costs, allow digital payment.
Funny enough, they bypassed cards then and went for things like payconiq, wero, apple pay, google wallet, … to bypass the costs of card readers haha

As i said, the api stuff of asp.net is very nice and straight to the point. The only bad thing ive got to note there is the openapi spec implementation they introduced in .net 10 is just terrible but itll improve quickly, its just early in its implementation ( like how system.text.json was )
