I think the artist posts these so I’ll put this as gently as possible in case they’re reading: Almost every single comic I’ve seen by this person takes a joke, often a pun, and stretches it as far as possible, and usually it’s stretched so thin that it just doesn’t land as a punchline.
I’m not sure if the artist is going for something that I’m missing, but whatever they’re going for, it doesn’t always seem to help the joke.
Why is 4 a meme? I know it has something to do with the php thing that happened but I am not good enough with computer to be dialed in.
How does your vote not matter if there aren’t other people to vote? Like what the hell? Everyone is an individual. The “your vote doesn’t matter” argument implies you think that everyone else in your community have no free will or agency and can’t be convinced one way or the other.
If everyone in those areas decided not to vote because “their vote doesn’t matter” then your vote would be able to swing any election.
Theory of mind is a basic skill that everyone should learn.

This is not something a conservative would balk at.
Conservatives literally believe that everything is going fine. American capitalism is great it’s just that there’s a few stray branches (like the entire lgbtq community and immigrants for two examples) that we have to snip off and then we’ll finally realize the true American dream.
There are a few very lucky small towns which are pockets of leftists in the middle of gorgeous American nature. You just have to really look for them.
Then sell it for 20k it would still be one of the cheapest on the market. That seems like a pretty braindead leap in logic. The “at cost” comparison is just to show how cheap the baseline should be.

You can use the logic of “they’re just waiting for us to get violent so they can oppress us harder” all the way to the camps.
Not saying you’re necessarily wrong about the insurrection act but if he was really trying to do it he would whether someone really did it or not. I mean he’s already been shot at. Hes got the false grounds to go for it.
Unfortunately you’re batting for the other side. All they want to do is throw out any reason they can to keep the status quo of non violence so they can continue to steamroll forward. Because the secret is that they’re fragile. It’s not a majority of the population that’s doing this, it’s a very small minority with a slightly larger minority supporting it and a vast majority saying “well don’t get too rowdy yet, that’s what they want.”
Marketing is not about flattering the company. It’s about name recognition and associating emotions. The only thing people will take away from this meme is: 1. That it was funny (ymmv) 2. The brand name “Shell” and it’s logo was associated with it.
Like it or not people don’t critically analyze marketing like this and have much more impressionable memory than they would like to admit.
I think it’s that our digestive tract shows symptoms of pain but that doesn’t translate to us feeling it. I know your organs get inflamed in a similar way that other parts of you would when you’re injured. Maybe it’s a bit of a misnomer from this guy as in our bodies evolved long ago to not feel the pain instead of “ignoring” it like op said.
