Yeah, the writing style is really weird. Not the traditional “AI voice” though. My instinct is that it’s someone with a weird personal style, but I would also believe you if you told me it was AI with a prompt to try to emulate a particular style.

Holy shit

Uh, no.
10 feet = 1 decafoot
100 centiyards = 1 yard
1x10^18 attoacres = 1 acre

I don’t think indestructible straw could burn-- fire is sutained by a reaction that destroys its fuel, if the fuel cannot be destroyed it cannot produce the heat fire requires to stay alive.

An example might be helpful.
In the 1800s, aluminum was more valuable than gold. It was very difficult to produce and it was valued very highly. Then someone figured out a way to extract it from the ore much more efficiently, making it much easier to obtain and much more common. If you had owned a $500 chunk of aluminum, it had that value because of its rarity; other people recognized it as being more valuable because it was more difficult to get. When it became more common, its value could have dropped to $50 (I don’t know how much the price actually dropped, but it was a lot).
Where did the $450 go? Nowhere, because monetary value is based on how much people are willing to pay, and unlike a physical substance it is not necessarily conserved; it can be created or destroyed. This is also how stocks work.
You can also create monetary value by transforming materials into a worked product (think knitting a sweater) or destroying something that took work to make (burning that same sweater). Unlike the stock market though, the price of physical goods is often based on their usefulness rather than speculation, so it tends to be more stable.
I don’t make new friends on forums. If I were to try, I’d probably find people who post things I’m interested in and DM them.

Wow thanks for the advice

Into the Breach

Now, internal legal scholars are pointing out the exact mechanical pitfalls from within the system’s own academic backyard.
Yeah no fucking way a human wrote that lmao

Who am I to argue with Charles Darwin?
In fairness you could cover Behind Blue Eyes with an out of tune kazoo and still end up with an okay end product
Am I stupid? Wtf does “11-year average” mean here? Like I get the graph but that label is not making sense to me at all.

You’d be surprised what you can get by without
Holy shit

Finally the dems actually kick people out for some of this shit

“Why have you done nothing for the past week?”
“Sorry boss, the AI refuses to do my work for me”
MORE MOUSE BITES

Didn’t someone try this like a year ago?
I thought there was recent kernel work to allow the hibernation file to work properly with secure boot?
Edit: Yes
