Cerebral Bore from Turok 2. Not sure why, but that one stuck with me over the years.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's an often hated movie/show/game that you experienced, that made you go "I get the hate, but I don't hate it myself"? And how much did you tolerate it?

2·21 days agoI feel you. My first game was Resident Evil 2 on my N64. I LOVED that game as a kid, and then I moved on to all the other ones. I think Code: Veronica is my favorite though. RE4 absolutely ruined the series. The enemies using weapons and having complex thoughts was just such a departure from the original BOW enemies. I still played all the rest, and enjoyed them, but I had to kind of pretend it wasn’t Resident Evil.
On a separate note, why the hell can’t they make ONE FUCKING MOVIE that is even in the same ballpark as the games?? I have yet to see the most recent one, but I already know it can’t be set in the same timeline as the early games, based on the weird enemies that clearly aren’t from the T-virus.
There was a coffee shop in Pensacola, FL called Leisure Club that had an orange latte. Shit was absolutely amazing. They made their own syrup for it, so idk what the secret was, but I was there all the time until I finished college.

Its always projection
