Started working out, even a little goes a long way towards feeling better mind AND body.

Got boner pills. I’m really tall and only in my mid 30s, but have struggled with ED my whole adult life. Amazing how much you can beat yourself up over something so silly, or how much satisfaction you can get out of just being able to fuck like an average cock-haver.
