Ich glaube das echte problem liegt darin, dass in China deutlich günstiger produziert und auch entwickelt werden kann.
Die chinesen sind technisch auf dem gleichen niveau (teilweise besser, teilweise schlechte), aber in DE kann man preislich nicht konkurieren. Soll man jetzt in DE Löhne kürzen, arbeitsicherheit vergessen und auf die Umwelt pfeifen, um mithalten zu können? Das will niemand, wird aber vermutlich schleichend kommen. Tja, das wird bitter werden.
I guess the next 1-3 decades will bring a lot of change especially to the USA. What made the U.S. so strong is that everyone in the world used their systems, e.g. communication, payment system, currency, military/weapons, alliances, etc. But I think no-one really wants to continue using it. Of course this is easier said than done. But nevertheless countries will try and succeed at least to a degree to use non-usa systems.
Nevertheless USA is an impressive powerhouse, but part of that power comes from the whole world relying on U.S. systems. Which will change for sure.

There was also this Canadian family leaving Canada because they didn’t like the “wokeness”. They moved to russia and the father had to join the army and was sent to the front. If I remember correctly, 3 weeks later he was dead leaving behind a mother with 3 children. They had a channel on YouTube.

I don’t think this says much about the state of the Russian army. This is just the way it works in Russia. People are mistreated especially if they are not these white Russians living in Moscow and sanct Petersburg.
However the state of the Russian army or the country can’t be a good one.
Unfortunately in France and Germany a lot of voters fall for the far right lies. The next two election in these countries will have a big impact on EU. Hopefully their citizens learn from Hungary, Serbia, usa and so on. But what I see as a german it does not seem to be this way.
