In that, if those in the state and potentially those who serve in Washington acted to maintain the money flow and received compensation for it, then that could help form the basis of a RICO investigation. Even the city of Minneapolis politicans are implicated in it because Mayor Frey’s wife was an attorney for many of the ones who ended up being convicted during the course of this bipartisan state and federal investigation. His wife had to leave the lawfirm shortly after and there is a high coorelation to the beginning of a Federal probe at the time. Without any data or research to back up my opinion, I think that not many people have any problem with the death penalty or public executions in the United States. A vocal group is against it but the entire society and culture is one based on violence and not the rule of law.
