I don’t know if you get Oatley brand oat milk where you are, but they do a chocolate milk. Steamed up with an espresso machine, just a little bit of cacao, a squirt of cold whipped cream, and you have yourself a little cup of heaven, my friend.

Fly kicking someone from behind, as they walk away from confrontation, is a real piece of shit move.
You’re right, the Celsius scale doesn’t span across one particular ‘topic’- but either end point is not only relatable, but specific. You’ve got snows/frosts/freezes at one end, and boiling at the other. Both of those will always happen at that temperature (more or less), but different people will feel comfortable or not in a hugely wide range.
But then my crusade for metric time would seem silly
A denominator of 1 makes it even simpler
“This is great, this is ok, this is great.” is an amazing tool. People will always focus on the negative, so presenting a negative as a positive, but juxtaposed with even better positives, shifts the scale. It makes people think about it, without being too hard on themselves. I call it the compliment sandwich.
Another tip that has served me well is the tick of approval, followed by the question “With this part, what would you do differently next time?”. It frames it as self improvement feedback.
That being said, I’m not part of a traditional code review process, so this could all be totally misguided advice.
