According to Wikipedia, honey does have anti-bacterial properties but can also cause allegic reactions depending on the immune system.

I’m thinking it could loosely help with inflammatory responses, maybe? But that may be a stretch and it’s definitely a case by case basis regardless.

Because there is nothing special about them as an individual. I’d imagine they surround themselves with money to prop up their self-worth because people wouldn’t pay attention to them otherwise. They are about as important as anyone else that isn’t good at anything but much more significant because they have wealth. And they realize that.
