Imagine being in your home with no electronics or books. You might feel like you want to go for a walk, but pacing around the house isn’t doing it for you and outside isn’t an option. A treadmill starts looking pretty good.
Seems a bit unnecessary. Little escalating
Lots of good advice here on technique, but not motivation. (I’m assuming you can study or research something that you find really interesting) For that you gotta trick yourself into finding it interesting. Hype yourself up as if you are about to do something awesome. Also try to find a way to make it more interesting. For example with latin, tell yourself how you will be be prepared if magic is real cause spells are all latin. Figure out a way to cram something you are interested in, into the subjects you aren’t.
Anecdotal evidence doesn’t help you. Observations can find a trend, which can be further studied. The disease is complex, there are likely multiple factors. Think of cancer, some people smoked for decades and never got it, others died young. Doesn’t mean smoking doesn’t cause lung cancer
