I installed it over a year ago, didn’t realize it had become so difficult now in Firefox.
Might be worth having a “single-purpose install” of a Chrome-based browser like Helium just for watching streaming video.

But… you wouldn’t!!

Have you tried the FastStream web browser extension? Among its features is subtitle search for a stream you’re watching.

I’ve even used it on legit sites that already had subtitles, to find some with a better translation.

I’ve noticed for a while they had a few films to stream (for free, no sign-up, available to me in Mexico), e.g. all the Vincent Price films in this October’s #Monsterdon watch party.
Hopefully the fully-free, no-sign-up stuff won’t disappear into the subscription service.

I reckon Marvin would find a downside to it.
I never got into Letterboxd, Goodreads etc but when I discovered NeoDB (eggplant.place is the bleeding edge instance of NeoDB), I was really glad I did.
A bit more info on NeoDB:

Flow already in my wishlist, adding the other three, thanks for the tip!
… and that the ghostwriter got a much better deal on Trump’s book than ghostwriters usually get.
Maybe not the hero we were expecting, but definitely the hero we need!
First I’ve ever heard of Soundstorm, which apparently hasn’t been updated in 7 years.
