democrats would have to win 20 seats currently held by Republicans as well as hold all their current seats. mathematically, this is possible, there are currently 22 Republican seats contested this election. current polling, however, shows the likely outcome is democrats get +3 seats.

1·16 days agowe can only hope, but my guess that the deal is partially an attempt to diversify holdings away from orcl and partially an attempt to drive the narrative via the megaphone they just accepted to get a bailout and other favorable regulation.
15·16 days agoI don’t know what the right move would be for someone in her situation, but I do know that whiny posts directed to the mayor of NYC is diametrically opposed to whatever the right move might be.
25 years from now, this gif will still be popping up from time to time, and it will still make me laugh.
my bet is that democrats pick up +3 seats and fetterman decides to either caucus with the Republicans or at minimum threaten to spoil every vote.
