It looks like every news article about China’s real estate says their prices are lowering continuously. That means in America that their loans would be under water. Honest question, isn’t that the case for China too?
I make art that’s totally mine because I did it through AI. https://imgur.com/a/Rhgi0OC

So you think china is going to be fine or have a minor hiccup? What about when the us bubble pops?

Not a bug, lol.

Good luck on your mid term. no /s

I’ve somehow made friends with a crow. It comes and sits outside the window in the morning, when I go to the bathroom first time. I haven’t been nice. I guess I’ve said hello a couple of times, but only 2 or 3.

That’s not what steps they’ve taken. I’d like to know what they’ve done.

What? Their real estate is popping too. Could you be more specific as to what “steps to protect its other sectors” means?

She’s been through the ringer. There was footage of him doing that at the time.

I’ve seen the local care team in action, they were great with the person. This was about a year ago, so things can change. If I were you, I’d look for that kind of thing first and see if anyone has talked about the care recently.
I’ve asked if they were okay before or called them away from the danger if they seemed with it enough to listen. You have to know your boundaries and how much you want to interact*. I’ve seen the smallest of people handle the homeless with firm compassion and large dudes get pushed around.

Do you know for sure that you don’t have an outreach team? Some cities are doing that.

International Florida Man.

Yesterday, MS Now said they had no evidence. I guess they’re not counting all of the victim’s testimonies. MS Now, you suck.
The people in the great depression. Hell, just go back to the 2008 crisis when tons of people lost their homes to banks who now own a huge chunk of our housing.

The school wouldn’t want me on that jury:
According to the lawsuit, poison control was not contacted until nearly half an hour after staff realized what had happened — and families were not notified until nearly two hours later.
The lawsuit claims that L.L. was kept in a room for about an hour, where he was examined and monitored without his parents being told. He was later sent back to class after staff said he was asymptomatic, even though he came home with a sore throat and stomach pain.
According to the lawsuit, a substitute kitchen worker, Chloe Larson, first noticed the chemical was being used as seasoning and had to push the lead kitchen worker to investigate. The lawsuit alleges that Larson was only interviewed after she contacted police about her concerns.
Yep, the 1% lost a lot of their workforce during the war. They needed to treat them right and give concessions. The 1% wants their fiefdom back and have been working on it every since.
Think of it like if Apple, Microsoft and Amazon didn’t have agreements to keep wages down and it was actually competitive. They would offer bonuses and paid vacation, etc. to even medium employees to keep them.
You obviously don’t know your history. Do you think these people didn’t want to “create new jobs?”

I guess time will tell if they’re an AOL or a Bear Sterns.
We don’t travel that often, but same, no issues. I hate hotels because of the added on fees and treating everyone like cattle. They remind me of Planet Fitness trying to get people to just sleep there and then get the hell out. From the stories, it sounds like the airbnb types are just getting as bad in different ways, but I haven’t seen it yet.
I’m afraid of the tech bros and nepotism hired ceos firing everyone for greed and then ruining our economy. The middle and lower classes are going to pick up the bill. We are not the same.
I was watching it live and you it was more from behind. You could see wrestling going on for 4 or 5 seconds.
