Um, I would absolutely let people drive my car if it was guaranteed to be back before I needed it? What?

The difference is that OpenAI isn’t offering a benevolent cooperative where they share the value evenly, they’re trying to corner the market to extract maximum profit.

“no virtual machine”

look inside:

“A virtual machine boots a guest operating system…”

Who? What did they say?

Refurbished generally means it actually goes through a further round of QC than “new” hardware. And it’s usually only “used” because someone bought it and returned it because there was something wrong, which was then fixed by the refurbishing process.

What’s your source or inspiration for thinking this way? Are you suggesting that companies are labeling new, or possibly used-but-not-re-tested hardware as “refurbished” to drive sales? Because that’s not anything I’ve heard of.

I don’t understand lots of this sort of therapy-speak. Is the suggestion that everyone just loudly insists upon their every whim? Obviously there are extremes of this that cause people to silence and repress serious discomfort that ends up either coming out explosively or slowly eroding one’s sense of self-worth, but to some degree this is just living in a society, sweetheart.

Because neither the Gulf of Mexico or Lake Ontario border any other countries?

I’m shocked they had enough of a backbone to refuse this request.

I would love to read about enclosure, can you give me a phrase I can actually search for?

Of course, it’s part of basic medical training. Any service provider has an inherent power differential due to their much greater knowledge on the subject, and medical fields amplify that to various degrees because the person’s health and well-being are potentially on the line. It can’t be eliminated and must be considered.

Even then, chromatic aberration is only an artifact in bad lenses. It’s been a solved issue for decades. It only makes sense to use if you’re modeling a damaged camera. It can also be effective when used intentionally for psychic attacks/shock/etc. but most games just turn it on at the edges of the screen for no reason.
