🇺🇸 Today I learned of the “War on Violence”. Paradoxical as it sounds, I felt it perfectly captured much of US domestic & foreign policy.

From the “War on Drugs” to current conflicts, the US continues to invoke the prevention of violence as a pretext for unleashing far more of it on the world 🪖🚀💔

    It started when we invaded drugs. Then next was Terror and I guess now we’re invading violence. I can’t even find those on the map. I hope they declare a war on sadness
