Yikes. I guess it was more of a selfish pursuit of power and colonial American infighting than a wholesome stand for righteousness and equality. And John Brown spun in his grave once more.
I read a bit about it and, whilst uhhh "interesting " to say the least, it didn’t change the fact that he lived and died for the enslaved man, whilst that lady was just a colonizer who didn’t like her cut. 🤷♂️ But nobody’s perfect, I know, I know.
