Does the more muscular A-hole/B-hole “win”? What does that even mean for the situation?

The 4 respective cheeks are entirely spread so they form a contiguous vacuum seal, cheek ro cheek/hole2hole so to speek

Glaborous means they are hairless so no bullshit muffling
