Ducks get carsick. I had a duck that went for a few car rides and he’d get sick every time. :(

40·6 days agoI mean, I did call her fat but I told her she’s the prettiest chubby kitty and was so brave.
That did not ease her rage. She hates the vet and told me all about it on the way home
I’m overweight and I would love to lose weight, but I have chronic illnesses with treatment that cause weight gain and difficulty losing weight. I have to be careful with exercise as well because I can overdo it and send myself into a pain flare up. My doctors told me that my weight isn’t a huge issue, thankfully, and that it seems like I have a good bit of muscle under the fat from the exercise that I do do (I care for and ride horses like 3 days a week, sometimes more if I’m feeling up for it)
I hate how I look, but knowing that I’m strong helps me feel a bit better about it. I say that I’m chubby-strong. It’s always fun to see people surprised that I can haul around 50lb bags of feed like they’re nothing. I’m also short, so the bags are like half my height lmao.

3·14 days agoJude the Obscure. It’s a tragedy. It’s an old book, and a classic, but it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. I recommend giving it a try of you like consuming tragedies as much as I do.
