i use a rx100 m1, takes a while for its popout lens to come out but it’s decent otherwise.

nokia 808 and lumia 1020? i believe. they’re kinda overpriced these days, not worth it unless you find one cheap

you can easily change font for all webpages in firefox settings. can also use usercss just to be safe.

ehh… just tested and it doesn’t seem to work… somehow i remembered it working but maybe i was mistaken
sorry for the misinformation

It’s not like I can view a Mastodon user’s history on Lemny, right?
afaik you can

rural-urban division: don’t think so. even rural areas are pretty urbanized(?) and there isn’t that much of a cultural? difference overall
age-based: i think yes, not much different from other countries. older people not being able to tell ai image/videos for example.

yeah no, this is weird framing. i’m south korean myself and from what i feel it’s not much (if any) different from what i see around the western internet

damn, guess i’ll never be able to use a laptop like that lol
i think kimchi

i regret reading this post

i think certain wireless earphones have the feature you’re looking for

hey can you confirm that the original unmodified boot.img doesn’t return failed while the new one does?

yeah, these things are all trivial to compile.
i suggest not dealing with things like MPR for this; just set --prefix=/opt or something similar when compiling the program, and install everything to /opt.
in slackware this is very easy to deal with, as the package manager is extremely basic and basically just unpacks tarballs and logs its file list somewhere. ‘packages’ are just tarballs so you just compile anything with a prefix to a temporary dir, tarball that dir and install it with the ‘package manager’ to keep track of things. this is simple enough so you can do similarly on debian without switching distros or using slackware’s scripts

is there something specific you want that isn’t on the debian repo? i believe they have almost the largest repo among distros.
my distro (slackware) has very few packages, for things i need that aren’t available i just compile from source. especially with stable distros it’s not a big deal because you don’t have to recompile often

it’s even easier to scrape than reddit. in the current world you gotta assume everything publicly accessible is scraped and used for ai training
neat domain you got there!

huh? no i was just sharing my ideas… skimming thru the feed in thumbnails without reading the post its easy to misidentify your post as spam, that’s all i tried to say
she’s known to lie a lot. see this page for example… (use translator)
i know life in north korea is genuinely awful in many ways but that person just straight out lied too many times. defo not worth the attention they get.
