I’ve been at two troops that are worlds apart. Vietnamese community also has some culture or scouting so they tend to have a lot of troops, even subcultures like there are vietnamese catholic troops but a lot aren’t religious

People vote differently. I used to look up every person’s name, prop, measure to get a good look at everything/everyone. Nowadays I use dsa voter guide and look up everything/everyone they don’t cover.

Maybe I’m a sheep but I am dsa aligned so I would’ve voted for whoever/whatever they endorsed anyway so it just saves my time

Of course, I have already internalized several names off the top of my head from seeing their names around and already have strong feelings towards/against them so there’s that.

That plane looks hilarious

Beans, jeans, no pooping…

Mostly don’t even bother. Most of the stuff I use is foss and those that aren’t are usually recommended by the community enough that I trust but don’t really verify (like Porkbun; the ToS might not be good but other registrars are worse)

Pretty sure you can adb uninstall them

You want Localsend if you want to share specific files or you can selfhost a local filesharing service that is only accessible at home

It says Linux Kernel

Oh ok, at my BoR, I lied and said I was an actively practicing Buddhist when I was really more atheist than buddhist

I am an eagle scout and I highly recommend people to join Scouting. It’s boys and girls now and the nature of scouting is a little decentralized with how each troop does things. Troops vary in leadership culture, activities, etc so you might need to shop around for a troop you vibe with around you but I am all for getting outside and learning life skills.

Well political activist organizations were already banded together going to No Kings protests when those citizens were shot, for some reason we’re not winning yet

Too good at soccer? Believe it or not, straight to jail

???

Who is making a fortune? It certainly isn’t me

Why censoring their faces?

Well we had No Kings protests. Police have shot and killed our citizens in the process of that. In my area, during a protest, police grabbed, dragged, and shot a protestor point blank in the eye with a less than lethal gun (he’s blind now)

That sounds atrocious. I suppose I won’t ever eat street food there then, maybe their restaurants hold hygiene to a higher standard

Fuck yeah

Cool but slop

Chat is this real? Which Buddhist stories are like this?
