With circular motion, you can spin threads, mill grain, move a wheel forward, drill holes, bring water upwards, generate electricity spinning turbines, create gravity, defeat gravity. It’s just too OP

Nope, separation between different Uranium isotopes is achieved by centrifugation (of a gaseous form). Pretty much every time where you have something that has identical chemical/physical properties outside of a differing molecular weight, centrifugation is the way to go if you want to do it quantitatively.

Yeah that’s after the first one was diffusion.also that’s misinformation it can be different molecular weights and different compounds while still being centrifuged into different layers most of biology does this to separate the bio mass. It doesn’t have to be similar it can be different , as long as the weight is different. Impurities can be removed this way as well.

After diffusion you get a mixture of the isotopes, which is useless by itself. You have then have to separate these very similar atoms by atomic weight, and for that you need centrifuges, because the only difference between those isotopes is mass (which causes diffences in a flight path in a curve, similarily to how GC/MS works), which means that any other separation method will not enrich the isotope you are looking for; U-235 and U-238 diffuse identically, or at least so very much identically that you can’t make an industrial process out of the difference.

No this is new technology I’m talking about the very beginning. Centrifugals for Uranium Enrichment is the new and current method. When they started out they used multiple diffusion chambers. Look at the tube alloys project and then the manhatten project which is what all this eventually became. It started with diffusion.

        Well, you’re wrong, but okay.

Historically, the two uranium enrichment methods that have operated on a commercial scale are gaseous diffusion and the gas centrifuge. Gaseous diffusion was the first commercial enrichment process, but it is energy-intensive and has been replaced by centrifuge technology in commercial use.[5] The last large commercial gaseous diffusion plant, the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in the United States, ceased enrichment operations in 2013.[22]

In the mid-2020s, commercial uranium enrichment is performed by gas centrifuge plants
