The US doesn’t have that authority. The federal law enforcement should be prevented by the states from making such arrests. They use county jails, they drive them out of state on state highways.
But newsom instead will meekly ask the courts to stop them. Because he’s a bitch. He was chosen because he’s a bitch, his tough sounding words every election season notwithstanding.
People need to stop attributing acts that help evil, from people in power, to stupidity or cowardice.
He’s not stupid, or weak.
He’s a betrayer.
He was hired by constituents — and then immediately started working for his benefactors and treating his constituents like impotent dopes.
He may claim the Democrat title and do lip service for minorities, but he quiet quits for poor voters and busts ass for wealthy donors, just like any other Democrat who isn’t DSA.
