Harry Singhs was my favorite restaurant in that area- actually kind of a Jamaican/Indian crossover rather than east African but it looks like it’s permanently closed. Shame, he was a really nice guy. I was last in the twin cities about 15 years ago so idk how relevant my advice would be now.
Ooh what’s the best place out near Cedar-Riverside and the U? I’m out that way occasionally and I want a break from Hard Times.
