Believe it or not, yes I can, and I will. As for what I’ve seen so far, most all comments are in line with being both respectful and thoughtful. This is the type of discourse this topic deserves. There have been one or two comments that fell out of scope and they were dealt with accordingly. This is how moderation works.

We are all adults here, and can objectively (AND RESPECTFULLY) have difficult conversations when needed. Not everyone has the same experiences, nor the same reactions, and their traumas are very real regardless of what you may see or know about them.

Keep it topical. There are other places for this.

My 13 yo son finally got to see the big dipper this summer. I feel ashamed.

I typically stick with what I say, for better or for worse. But I have deleted maybe two comments in the past; usually because I recognized how poorly I reacted and felt the person didn’t deserve my stupidity.

I look at it as the person is crawling away from the attackers. 🤷‍♂️

No more than you, who does nothing but complain loudly.

So instead of blaming the system that gave us two parties, you blame the voters who had no choice but to vote for two parties?
