- Sitting weird is good so long as you keep altering your position. It’s sitting still in the same position for a long time that is the worst. I can’t sit still either way, thanks ADHD :)
- Squats and deadlifts, other back exercises and running can compensate for hours of sitting (at least in terms of back issues). The technique has to be right though or it can make things worse.
