While I’m here, we’ve also had this Lightning McQueen in the neighborhood for a bit now.
I’m a little annoyed that the sponsors on the Lightning McQueen care are inauthentic by way of being authentic. I suppose I can respect the main logo which appears to be for the paint shop which presumably did the work, but come on. Where’s the Rust-eze livery?
I feel they tried to make it blend in, as it doesn’t look like their regular logo:
They should have at least put Rust Eze on the side though.
In my old apartment parking lot, I once saw a red car with giant “SUPREME” decals on each side
I used to see a Jetta parked near my spot with a Nazi eagle gripping a VW logo. I think that’s a different type of Supreme logo though. Was always very tempted to interact with that particular vehicle. 🤨
I think it must have just been someone’s “friend” and not someone who lived here, and thankfully I haven’t seen it in a few months.

Looks like there is a Lemons event in West Virginia this weekend, so quite possible. This sighting is in eastern Pennsylvania, but right by the turnpike entrance.

The headlamp is all covered up in sticker, this probably isn’t a street legal car and just for fun. Probably a beater they bought.
fwiw where I’m from you don’t need headlights for daylight driving. or seat belts, doors, turn signals (use hand signals), windows, hood, trunk…
